The tech-driven solution is designed to tackle the rising challenges of costly mental health claims and workplace injuries.

One of Australia’s largest providers of workplace health, rehabilitation, disability, and employment services is boosting its digital capabilities with a new tech division.

Arriba Group’s OneRedDoor harnesses AI, data, and predictive analytics to create healthier, safer, and more productive workplaces.

Arriba says workplace health is at a “tipping point”, with mental health claims surging by 30% since 2020, and psychological injuries now costing four times more than physical injuries.

The group’s CEO and founder Marcella Romero said OneRedDoor tackled these challenges by making workplace health more accessible, proactive, and cost-effective.

“OneRedDoor provides a unique opportunity for organisations to take a technology-driven approach to workforce wellbeing,” she said.

“By harnessing AI, predictive insights, and digital solutions, businesses can reduce claims, enhance productivity, and build a future-ready workforce.”

At the core of OneRedDoor is PeopleCompass, a flagship platform that helps businesses identify and manage psychosocial risks before they turn into costly claims or workforce disruptions.

With new laws mandating early intervention for psychosocial risks, organisations must assess, monitor, and address workplace mental health issues effectively.

PeopleCompass streamlines compliance by providing clear, actionable insights, enabling businesses to take swift action and protect employee wellbeing, productivity, and financial performance.

Other key digital solutions include LOLA, an AI-powered workplace injury triage tool that predicts rehabilitation outcomes and improves recovery pathways; and MyDirection, a client-centred service that identifies risk factors for long-term work loss after injury or illness, now expanding into Disability Employment Services.

Michelle Barratt, head of innovation at Arriba Group, said the future of workforce health depended on harnessing data-driven insights, and the group was at the forefront of this shift.

“OneRedDoor embodies our vision for a workplace where technology transforms health, risk management, and wellbeing,” she said.

“Businesses that embrace innovation today will shape healthier, more resilient workplaces for the future.”

Arriba Group ambassador, doctor and high-profile disability advocate, Dr Dinesh Palipana, said digital solutions in workforce inclusion had transformative potential.

“Technology has the power to break down barriers to workforce participation, ensuring more people—regardless of ability—have access to meaningful work,” he said.

“OneRedDoor is an exciting step towards creating workplaces that are not only healthier but also more inclusive. Digital solutions like PeopleCompass and MyDirection give businesses new ways to support employees and build stronger, more diverse teams.”
