Partnership promises better, faster MRIs

South Korean giant AIRS Medical now has entry into the Australian and New Zealand markets thanks to ParagonCare.


Medical equipment provider ParagonCare has joined forces with South Korean AI-powered healthcare solutions company AIRS Medical to brings AIRS’ flagship product SwiftMR into Australia.

SwiftMR enhances MRI image quality through advanced deep learning technology. It can reduce MRI scan times by up to 50%, while simultaneously enhancing image quality using AI-powered denoising and sharpening techniques. The technology is compatible with all manufacturers’ MRI scanners of 3.0T or lower.

Tiffany Chiew, general manager of Service, Technology and Innovation at ParagonCare, said the company planned to intensify its focus on the AI sector.

“We are committed to facilitating AIRS Medical’s expansion into Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and beyond. This venture with AIRS Medical merges innovation with our dedication to healthcare excellence,” she said.
